User-Initiated Contest Cancellation

  • Pre-Contest Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your participation in a contest before it begins, you may do so within the specified time frame indicated on the contest page. Upon cancellation, any entry fees paid will be refunded to your account balance.
  • Post-Contest Start: Once a contest has started, cancellations are not permitted. Entry fees are non-refundable after the start of the contest, as the results depend on the real-life performance of the players.

Contest Cancellation by Avia Lagends

  • Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the minimum required number of participants, Avia Lagends reserves the right to cancel the contest. In this case, all entry fees will be refunded to the participants.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties, server issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the proper conduct of the contest, Avia Lagends may cancel the contest. Participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.
  • Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to a violation of our Fair Play Policy or other rules, refunds may not be provided to those responsible for the violation.

Account Balance Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal Requests: Users may request to withdraw their account balance at any time, provided the minimum withdrawal amount is met. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method linked to your account.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3-5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
